We have a lot of ground to cover over the next few weeks. I
hope you are excited and ready to start. First, let's get
organized with some guidelines for our time together.
You can do this, take your time, it is not a race,
though I know you're eager to make money.
Rule number one: don't lose money, and if you do,
keep those losses small. Rule number two:
don't forget rule number one. That is
not a joke.
Please follow the
guidelines below:
1. I use a free remote access program that
is available with your Windows operating system
called Windows Live Messenger. It is located
in your Program Files as
Windows Messenger. If you don't see it,
click
here
to download directly from Microsoft. This
allows me the ability to control the trading
software on your computer as I talk with you on the
phone... highlighting items I want you to see, such
as charts, showing you around the software, etc.
For security purposes,
I can never have access to or
control your computer without you being in front of
it at the same time.
One picture is
worth a thousand words - it's as if I am sitting
alongside of you pointing things out on the screen.
No other hardware or software is necessary.
Please start up the Windows Messenger and
register with it now.
You can set up a new email account with Hotmail or
use your existing email address as you register.
2.
When you have registered
with Windows Messenger,
make me a Contact using following address:-
fearandgreed@hotmail.com.
I
will receive
auto-notification that you are online and that we
can proceed. It is not necessary to disable
any firewall or anti-virus programs.
3.
Get an overview of the
curriculum
and please tour this site, it will provide
many answers that you have in the early going.

General comments regarding our phone sessions:
As much as I would
like to take all the time you feel you need during our
session we must be considerate of the next student as
well as my own trading time. Please try
to be ready by being online and having your MSN or
Windows Messenger already running.
If I
am more than 15 minutes late in reaching you please do
not hesitate to call me or use the Messenger.

missed session where I failed to reach you will always
be made up at another time.
I
live on the Atlantic coast of central Florida.
We have powerful afternoon thunderstorms here,
sometimes disrupting phone and electric; this means
that without warning we can lose contact. Ah,
Florida! These are just some of the benefits of
year round sunshine. Did I mention we have
hurricanes here as well? How about a
'gator...need one of those?
